Our offices are equipped to provide a full range of medical and diagnostic services including laboratory testing, x-rays, EKG, bone density testing, pulmonary

function testing, and cardiac testing. In some locations, employer drug screens and occupational medicine services are available.

All of our offices see patients by appointment. However, we do allow time for same day work-ins, with certain offices offering evening and weekend hours.

Financial Information:

For the convenience of our patients, we accept most insurance plans including Medicare. We are happy to file your insurance claims with your insurance carrier. 

However, you should check with your insurance company to see if it participates with PCA.

If your insurance requires the selection of one primary care physician (PCP), you can still see any physician in our practice at any of our locations.

In keeping with your health plan guidelines, any required co-pays must be paid at the time of your visit.

Fees for non-covered services must be paid at the time of your visit.
